1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using Axel, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Axel answers forwarded calls on your behalf using AI, records and transcribes those calls, and sends summaries or transcripts to you. Axel is not a replacement for human agents in sensitive or regulated industries.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Obtain proper consent from callers before recording or transcribing calls, where required.
• Do not use Axel for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. AI Limitations

Axel uses AI models that may occasionally misunderstand or misinterpret caller intent. Axel does not guarantee the accuracy of any transcription or response. Axel is not suitable for medical, legal, or emergency services.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans follow the terms displayed during sign-up. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Data Handling

Call recordings, transcripts, and caller information are stored securely and used only to provide the service and improve our AI. We do not sell your data or share SMS opt-in information with third parties for promotional or marketing use. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you misuse the service or violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

Axel is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties and limit liability to the maximum extent allowed by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
